We do not accept returns. However, you may request a refund or cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, refunds and cancellations are no longer possible.

2. Shipping address
Providing an accurate mailing address and up-to-date contact information is essential. We cannot accept responsibility for lost, delayed, or returned mail caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
3. Shipping issues & delivery
Every order ships via tracked USPS Priority Mail, and we provide a tracking number for your reference. Once a package has been shipped and is in the possession of USPS (United States Postal Service), we are not liable for what happens in transit.
Any issues regarding delivery, lost packages, insurance claims, or address changes must be addressed directly with USPS using your tracking number.
